Shipping and delivery
Delivery costs
Delivery is a flat 5 EUR across Europe, and free on every order over 70 EUR.
How long it takes
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave us within 1 to 2 working days.
- Personalised pieces are made to order by hand, so add 2 to 4 working days before dispatch. The estimated arrival date is shown on the product page before you order.
Once dispatched, most European orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Where we ship
We ship across the EU and to the UK, Norway and Switzerland. Orders outside the EU may attract customs duties or import VAT, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
Everything arrives in a Selma pouch inside plastic-free packaging, ready to give. Add a gift box at checkout if it is a present.
